KTV BOSS provides an online platform for booking karaoke rooms at various venues in Singapore. Our services include:

  • Room booking and reservation management
  • Payment processing
  • Loyalty rewards program
  • Venue information and reviews

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Booking and Payments

Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

Pricing: Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may vary based on time, day, and room type. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program rewards repeat customers with points and benefits. Points:

  • Are earned on qualifying purchases
  • Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • May expire after 12 months of account inactivity
  • May be forfeited if terms are violated

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Use the service for any unauthorized commercial purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content on KTV BOSS, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KTV BOSS or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

KTV BOSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
